Welcome to SellerDeck. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SellerDeck's inventory management platform and services ("Service"), including our Amazon FBA integration tools designed specifically for small Amazon businesses.

By accessing or using SellerDeck, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SellerDeck provides inventory management, Amazon FBA shipment tracking, profit analytics, and business intelligence tools for Amazon sellers, with a focus on supporting small Amazon businesses in scaling their operations efficiently.

3. User Accounts

To use SellerDeck, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Amazon Seller Central Integration

When you connect your Amazon Seller Central account:

• You grant SellerDeck permission to access your Amazon seller data through Amazon's Selling Partner API
• You agree to comply with Amazon's Terms of Service and API usage policies
• You are responsible for maintaining your Amazon account in good standing
• SellerDeck will only access data necessary to provide our services

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate Amazon's Terms of Service or policies
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SellerDeck or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of SellerDeck is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.

7. Subscription and Payment

SellerDeck may offer free and paid subscription plans:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

8. Intellectual Property

SellerDeck and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SellerDeck and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

SellerDeck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SellerDeck harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination
